    我有個國三的女兒,
    她在前一陣子的保送升學甄試時只填了一個志願,結果高分落榜.
    她說: 聯考名額還那麼多,我總要把機會都試過了,才能甘願......
    前幾天, 收音機播出屋頂上的提琴手,
    她陶醉在音樂旋律中說: 很高興,我聽得懂英語......

    當有人開玩笑罵她是笨蛋的平方時,
    她會回罵笨蛋的立方......
    她說:還好,我上過數學課......

    在書店, 她翻著進口月曆,
    笑開了臉, 因為她看到畢卡索, 梵谷的名畫,
    都被改畫進了貓臉, 藝術家的幽默,
    使她一整天心情愉快......
    她說: 美術史,我沒有白念......

    讀書的目的是什麼??
    她說:哪來那麼嚴肅?

    Don't smoke-Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of   cancer is higher).

    Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

      Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid.This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

    Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted &blocked.

     Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease.  This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

    Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

    中国十大悲情语句!瞧了这些我们还能说什么?

    1、我要回家,我要工资!--这是民工岳富国生前的最后一句话
    说完这句话之后,岳富国便因突发脑溢血昏迷。36小时之后,医生宣布岳富国死亡。直到此时,岳富国仍然没有拿到应该属于他的工资。岳富国的遗孀姚玉芳悲愤的问道:他们咋就不给钱呢?

    2、永不放弃我的北大梦

    4、去了长城却让水给淹死了
    这里的"他"是指郑金寿,曾是一名在北京打工的福建青年。他与女友许珍姐在公园约会时遭联防盘查,因为未带证件并且不愿因此而被罚款,遭到了联防的殴打。郑金寿慌不择路,最终负伤掉水河里,死亡。郑金寿死后,许珍姐说道:"他还说不到长城非好汉,可去了长城却让水给淹死了。"果然是被水淹死的吗?他的哥哥郑金紫说:"我弟弟的水性一直很好,以前还是学校的运动员。如果不是被打得晕死过去,绝不会溺死。"

    5、我想要那个孩子
    在接受采访时,马卫花淡淡的说"我想要那个孩子"。马卫花因为贩毒而被捕,然而此时马卫花已有身孕。按律,有身孕者不得执行死刑,于是警方在未征得马卫花同意的情况下对其实施全麻,强行人工流产。事后警方说,怀疑马卫花故意怀孕避死。

    孙凤梅是一位盲女。一场雪后,社区以取消低保资格相要挟,要求孙凤梅"志愿扫雪"。此事经报道之后,社区换了一副嘴脸,说不参加扫雪也不会取消低保资格呀。与此同时,还矢口否认,说从来没有说过不扫雪就取消低保资格。孙凤梅问:如果不是你逼我,我会志愿上街去扫雪吗?

    子女只是家庭的過客

    *子女只是家庭的過客...(有結婚的人一定要看)
    今天在飛機上看到一個斗大的報導~~"郭泰源 六連敗~~張瓊姿 沒有一通關心電話
    ~~"
    原因是---張瓊姿心思都放在小孩身上。唉~~~是對~是錯~
    子女只是家庭的過客,夫妻才是家庭的歸人。非常中肯的文章很有道理。不要讓甜蜜
    的負擔變成沉重的負擔。
    現代的小家庭,家庭重心未必是夫妻,許多小家庭的家庭重心是子女。
    中國人一向有犧牲這一代,成就下一代的偉大精神,但結果往往是這一代確實是被犧
    牲了,但並沒有成就下一代,反而傷害夫妻原本應該培養出來的默契與親密角色。
    子女需要被照顧,需要被教育,需要良好的成長環境,但決不能取代夫妻成為家庭的
    重心。
    許多夫妻都不會承認子女是家庭的重心,但仔細想想有多少夫妻不是有了孩子之後,
    就從來沒有兩個人一起去看過一埸電影,反而一起陪孩子看孩子決定的片子機會倒不
    少。
    夫妻從孩子落地就不再是家庭的重心了。
    子女只是家庭的過客,夫妻才是家庭的歸人。
    既然子女只是家庭的過客,就沒有理由要成為家庭的重心,否則曲終人散,客人走
    了,做主人的情何以堪。
    子女在父母身邊的日子,平均不到夫妻相處時間的一半,實在沒有取代夫妻成為家庭
    重心的理由。
    現代的子女,絕大部份都處於被過份關心,被過度照顧、擁有過度豐富的物質,但成
    為一個獨立健全的人所需要具備的負責、合作能力,卻嚴重不足。長期處於家庭重心,被關心照顧備至的地位,造成子女知識有餘常識不足,聰明有餘常識不足,IQ有餘EQ不足,機巧有餘厚道不足。
    將子女置於家庭重心,其實是愛之適足於害之,而且夫妻本身也同受其害。

    Packet of Cookies

    A young lady is waiting for her flight in the boarding room of a big airport. As she would wait many hours, she decided to buy a book to spend her time. She also bought her a packet of cookies. She sat down in an armchair, in the VIP room to rest and read in peace.
     
    Besides of the armchair where the packet of cookies lay, a man sat down in the next seat, opened his magazine and started reading.
     
    When she took out the first cookie, the man took one also.
     
    She felt irrtated but said nothing. She just thought, "What a nerve! If I was in the mood, I would punch him for daring!"
     
    For each cookie she took, the man took one too.
     
    This was infuriating her but she didn't want to cause a scene.
     
    When only one cookie remained, she thought: “ah...... what is abusive man do now? "
     
    Then the man taking the last cookie, divided into half, giving her one half.
     
    Ah! That was too much! She was much too angry now! In a huff, she her book, her things and stormed to the boarding place.
     
    When she sat down in her seat, inside the plane, She looked into her purse to take her eyeglasses, and to her surprise, her packet of cookies was there, untouched, unopened!
     
    She felt so ashamed! She realised that she was wrong... She had forgotten her cookies were kept in her purse.
     
    The man divided his cookies with her, without feeling angered or bitter.
    ......while she had been very angry, thinking that she was dividing her cookies with him. And now there was no chance to explain herself...nor to apologize.

    清晨第一杯你喝了什麼?
    你已經很清楚了,起床后空腹喝下第一杯水有益健康,但是這一杯水該怎么喝才正確?

     

    白開水、淡鹽水、蜂蜜水、檸檬水、果汁、牛奶...這些選項都對嗎?可要弄明白了,這裡面真的有誤解啊!


    白開水
      晨起喝水,喝與室溫相同的開水最佳,以盡量減少對胃腸的刺激。

     

      研究發現,煮沸后冷卻至 20~25的白開水是最佳選擇,因為其內含的活性生物,會透過細胞膜促進新陳代謝,增強人體的免疫功能,凡是習慣喝溫或涼開水的人,新陳代謝狀態良好,肌肉組織中的乳酸積累減少,因此不易感到疲勞,而且開水中的鈣,鎂元素對身體健康是很有益的。

     

      不過,早上起床后不要飲用冷,那樣會刺激胃部並且無法到達腸道,因而造成體內脹氣。


    蜂蜜水
      相比之下,清晨起來喝一杯蜂蜜水更為科學。

     

      人經過一夜睡眠后,內大部分水分已被排泄和吸收,這時空腹飲一杯蜂蜜水,既可補充水分,又可增加營養,完全可取代白開水的位置。


    檸檬水
      如果留心報章的美容或減肥知識,你會發現,宿便是終結美麗曼妙身材的元凶之一。

     

      是的,宿便一旦形成后,所積存的廢物會逐漸變質為毒素,反映到你的皮膚表面。

     

      所以,每天早上起來,最好在尚未進食之前,空腹喝下一杯加了新鮮檸檬片的熱開水。別小看這杯排毒水,它不僅是身體最好的酸鹼中和劑,還能起到清除宿便、排除毒素的功效。

     

      此外,如果有口氣不佳的困擾,它也能神奇地幫你改善。


    淡鹽水
     
    有不少人認為喝淡鹽水有利于身體健康,于是晨起就喝淡鹽水,這種認識卻是錯誤的。

     

      研究認為,人在整夜睡眠中未飲滴水,然而呼吸、排汗、泌尿卻仍在進行中,這些生理活動要消耗損失許多水分。早晨起床如飲些白開水,可很快使血液得到稀釋,糾正夜間的高滲性脫水。而喝鹽水則反而會加重高滲性脫水,令人更加口乾。

     

      何況,早晨是人體血壓升高的第一個高峰,喝鹽水會使血壓更高。


    果汁
     
    有人以為早上起來喝上一杯鮮果汁既有解渴作用又有營養,但你錯了。

     

      這時喝果汁並不能提供此時身體最需要的水分,而且在缺水的狀態下就讓胃腸進行工作,不利于身體健康。

     

      如果這時喝市售的果汁、可樂、汽水等,就更是大錯特錯了,汽水和可樂等碳酸飲料會加速鈣的排泄,清晨飲用非但不能有效補充機體缺少的水分,還會增加身體對水分的要求,反而造成體內缺水。


    牛奶
      早上可以喝牛奶,這沒錯,但放在"第一杯 "就錯了。

     

      空腹喝牛奶不過是"穿腸而過 ",胃來不及消化,小腸來不及吸收,牛奶的營養價值也就無從體現,還有人出現腸胃脹氣等"過敏"反應,更把好事變成壞事。

    有位國王,天下盡在手中,照理,應該滿足了吧,但事實並非如此。

    國王自己也納悶,為什麼對自己的生活還不滿意,儘管他有意識地參加一 些有意思的晚宴和聚會,但都無濟於事,總覺得缺少什麼。

    一天,國王起個大早,決定在王宮中四處轉轉。

    當國王走到禦膳房時,他聽到有人在快樂地哼著小曲。

    循著聲音,國王看到是一個廚子在唱歌,臉上洋溢著幸福和快樂。

    國王甚是奇怪,他問廚子為什麼如此快樂?

    廚子答道:"陛下,我雖然只不過是個廚子,但我一直盡我所能讓我的妻小 快樂,我們所需不多,頭頂有間草屋,肚子餓了有食物,便夠了。我的妻 子和孩子是我的精神支柱,而我帶回家哪怕一件小東西都能讓他們滿足。 我之所以天天如此快樂,是因為我的家人天天都快樂。"

    聽到這兒國王讓廚子先退下,然後向宰相諮詢此事,宰相答道:"陛下,我 相信這個廚子還沒有成為「九九一族」。

    "國王詫異地問道:" 什麼是九九一族 "

    宰相答道:
    "陛下,想確切地知道什麼是九九一族,請您先做這樣一件事 情,在一個包金幣的袋子,放進去九九枚金幣, 然後再把這包金幣放在那個 廚子的家門口,您很快就會明白什麼是九九一族了。 "

    國王按照宰相所言,令人將裝了九九枚金幣的布包放在了那個快樂的廚子 門前。

    廚子回家的時候發現了門前的布包,好奇心讓他將包拿到房間?

    當他打開包,先是驚詫,然後狂喜:
    金幣!全是金幣!這麼多的金幣!

    廚子將包包內的金幣全部倒在桌上,開始查點金幣,九九枚?
    廚子認為不 應該是這個數,於是他數了一遍又一遍, 的確是九九枚。

    他開始納悶:沒理由只有九九枚啊? 沒有人會只裝九九枚啊?那麼那一枚 金幣哪里去了?

    廚子開始尋找,他找遍了整個房間,又找遍了整個院子, 直到筋疲力盡, 他才徹底絕望了,心中沮喪到了極點。

    他決定從明天起,加倍努力工作,早日掙回一枚金幣,以使他的財富達到 百枚金幣。

    由於晚上找金幣太辛苦,第二天早上他起來得有點晚,情緒也極壞,對妻 子和孩子大吼大叫,責怪他們沒有及時叫醒他,影響了他早日掙到一枚金 幣這一宏偉目標的實現。

    他匆匆來到禦膳房,不再像往日那樣興高采烈,既不哼小曲也不吹口哨 了,只是埋頭拼命地幹活,一點也沒有注意到國王正悄悄地觀察著他。

    看到廚子心緒變化如此巨大,國王大為不解,得到那麼多的金幣應該欣喜 若狂才對啊。

    他再次詢問宰相。

    宰相答道:"陛下,這個廚子現在已經正式加入「九九一族」了。"

    九九一族是這樣一類人:
    他們擁有很多,但從來不會滿足,他們拼命工 作, 為了額外的那個「一」,他們苦苦努力,渴望儘早實現「百」。

    原本生活中那麼多值得高興和滿足的事情,因為忽然出現了湊足「百」的 可能性,一切都被打破了,他竭力去追求那個並無實質意義的「一」,不 惜付出失去快樂的代價,這就是九九一族。
